About the Role
A Senior Aerospace Engineer with Defence / Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group experience is sought to support the establishment of a Depth maintenance capability for the MQ-4 Triton in Adelaide (Edinburgh), contributing to work on both Australian and U.S.-based Triton aircraft as part of a specialised "tiger team".
Key Responsibilities
- Support compliant aircraft maintenance and engineering activities applying DASA regulations (Part 66, 145, 147 and Part M)
- Define and optimise maintenance workflows and sequencing
- Support development and maturity uplift of maintenance task cards
- Contribute to development and management of MRO execution logic
- Develop structured, executable maintenance task plans
Essential Requirements
- Degree-qualified Aeronautical/Aerospace/Mechanical Engineer with aircraft maintenance experience
- Working knowledge of DASA regulations (Part 66, 145, 147 and Part M)
- Australian citizen with current or recently suspended Australian Government security clearance
