The Opportunity
Operations Administrator providing maintenance planning administration and control services for the engine and engine components workshops at Adelaide Airport.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in producing work packages for component maintenance activities
- Support production scheduling and planning for the components workshops
- Generate customer quotes and invoices for completed jobs
- Assist processing completed jobs for despatch
- Maintain compliance with aviation regulations and company requirements
Essential Requirements
- 3+ years' experience in administrative/production planning roles
- Experience with enterprise digital solutions (e.g. IFS, Microsoft)
- Aerospace propulsion, component or MRO experience highly desirable
- Ability to obtain Australian Defence Security Clearance and/or ASIC
- Australian citizenship generally required (ITAR/EAR compliance)
