The Opportunity
Skilled Aircraft Maintenance Engineers (AME) are sought for the P-8A Poseidon Program at RAAF Base Edinburgh, Adelaide, working hands-on with maintenance, modifications, servicing, inspections, testing and fault-finding on aircraft systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the MRO team to ensure efficient task completion
- Ensure compliance with DASR Part 145 Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE) regulations
- Coordinate with Boeing, customers and industry teams
- Maintain Quality Assurance procedures and meticulous documentation practices
Essential Requirements
- Certificate IV in Aeroskills (Mechanical, Avionics or Structures)
- Australian Citizen to meet Defence security requirements
- Current driver's licence
Desirable
- Previous experience working with military aircraft
- CASA or DASA Maintenance Licence
