About the Role
Join the P-8 Poseidon Base Maintenance team in Edinburgh as an AME (Mechanical), supporting one of the world's most advanced maritime aircraft. This permanent full-time role reports to the Team Lead Aircraft Maintenance, supporting RAAF 11SQN and 12SQN Maintenance, involving on- and off-aircraft maintenance, mechanical troubleshooting, rectification and approved modifications.
Essential Requirements
- Cert IV in Aeroskills (Mechanical) or equivalent from an RTO
- Strong aviation airworthiness knowledge in a regulated environment
- Experience with aircraft mechanical systems and maintenance practices
- Ability to obtain a B-level Military Aircraft Maintenance Licence
- Eligibility for Australian Government Top Secret Positive Vetting (TSPV) clearance (Australian citizens only)
