The Opportunity
Aircraft Technical Lead driving the Darwin and 1st Aviation Regiment Unit Maintenance Plan for the ARH Tiger platform, reporting to the Team Lead Aircraft Line Maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead maintenance teams to deliver contracted availability and Rate of Effort targets
- Maintain the Maintenance Planning Enablement Tool (MPET) and UMP
- Champion DASR Part 145 and Part M compliance
- Drive continuous improvement using LEAN practices
Essential Requirements
- 5+ years' technical or maintenance management experience in aviation
- Experience with CAMM2 and understanding of supply chain/engineering interdependencies
- Diploma in Aeroskills or Aviation Maintenance Licence (B or C level LAME/MAML)
- Eligible for Australian Defence Force Security Clearance
