About the Role

Join our dynamic team at ACP Worldwide as an Airline Cargo Customer Service & Internal Sales specialist. This full-time role based at Auckland Airport, will see you playing a vital part in delivering exceptional customer service and internal sales support to the company's airline cargo clients. With a keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving skills, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of international cargo movements.

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing high-quality customer service to airline cargo customers, handling inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
• Coordinating the processing and movement of cargo, including booking, tracking and tracing shipments
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to cargo operations
• Collaborating cross-functionally to identify and implement process improvements
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards
• Supporting the broader team with internal sales

What We're Looking For

• Experience in a customer service or operations role within the aviation or logistics industry preferred but not mandatory
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in using relevant computer systems and software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to providing outstanding customer service
• Knowledge of aviation cargo processes and regulations is an advantage
