As we prepare for our exciting launch in Auckland, we are looking for Cargo Operation Agent who is ready to help build our local presence from the ground up. How You'll Contribute

• Be responsible for export/import airline operation.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including Head Office, Port Authorities, and Civil Aviation Authorities.
• Manage ULD and accessories stock control.
• Supervise and manage Road Feeder Services (RFS): Monitor the truck service quality and punctuality, and ensure efficient, compliant cargo connection between air and road.
• Perform daily cargo operational activities.
• Handle cargo irregularities and customer complaints.
• Assist Branch office and Taiwan HQ with initial cargo setup in Auckland and support internal and external communication and coordination.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Strong multitasking, communication and coordination skills.
• Fast learner with strong problem-solving abilities and a team-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Possess full working rights in New Zealand.

It's What Else Matters

• Language: Proficient in English. Familiar with Mandarin is highly regarded.
• Education: Diploma, Bachelor's degree or above.
• Work Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in cargo related industry.
• Valid Driving license is a plus.
• IATA Dangerous Goods Regulation (DGR) Certification is highly preferred.
