As we prepare for our exciting launch in Sydney, we are looking for Cargo Sales Specialist who is ready to help build our local presence from the ground up. How You'll Contribute

• Be able to proficiently present the Company’s products and services to potential customers. Develop local cargo customer base via sales calls, presentations, meetings, negotiations or other similar means.
• Handle cargo reservations and provide outstanding service to clients to resolve questions and issues.
• Maintain relationships and connections with current local customers; meet Company cargo sales targets and KPI.
• Prepare sales reports or other written paperwork as per the request or feedback of immediate manager or Taiwan HQ Cargo Division.
• Provide local market analysis and participate in the development of local cargo sales strategies as necessary.
• Communicate and coordinate with relevant internal/external parties (e.g. Taiwan HQ, Port Authorities, CAA, etc).
• Assist Branch office and Taiwan HQ with initial cargo setup in Sydney and support internal and external communication and coordination.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Have excellent multitasking, communication, and coordination skills.
• Good problem-solving skills with the ability to handle customer and operational issues proactively.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and service quality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Possess full working rights in Australia.

It's What Else Matters

• Language: Proficient in English. Familiar with Chinese is preferred.
• Education: Bachelor's degree and above.
• Work Experience: Minimum two years' experience in the cargo related industry is preferred.
• Valid Driving license is a plus.
• IATA Dangerous Goods Regulation (DGR) Certification is highly preferred.
