About the Role
ACP Worldwide is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Airline Account Executive to join its team, representing a major international airline in air cargo and global trade. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in the airline cargo or logistics industry, working closely with senior team members to assist with account support, customer communication, reporting and day-to-day commercial activities while developing knowledge of the cargo market and airline industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the management of customer accounts and day-to-day account activity
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and business partners
- Assist with quotations, pricing support and sales administration
- Help identify new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts, including face-to-face sales and tele sales
- Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to support smooth service delivery
- Prepare reports, account updates and general commercial administration
- Monitor market activity and assist with customer follow-up
- Provide timely support in resolving customer enquiries and service issues
Essential Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Eagerness to learn and develop a career in the airline cargo industry
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive and positive attitude
- Competency in Microsoft Office and general administrative systems
Desirable
- Previous experience in customer service, sales support, CRM tools, logistics, freight forwarding or airline cargo
