Virgin Australia's Engineering team plays a critical role in keeping the fleet safe, reliable and ready to fly, working across the Boeing 737 NG and 737 MAX fleet.
The Opportunity
Based at the Brisbane or Melbourne hangar, you'll work within the Avionics and IFE team, maintaining continuing airworthiness through configuration control of the aircraft's software, avionics and electrical systems, and assisting with preventative and predictive maintenance strategies.
Essential Requirements
- Certificate IV or higher in Aircraft Maintenance (Avionics), an AME Licence (B2 or equivalent), or Engineering degree in Aeronautical, Avionics, Electrical or Electronics
- At least 5 years' relevant aviation engineering experience, including 2 years in airline technical services or maintenance
- Comprehensive knowledge of aircraft maintenance regulations, ICA and certification requirements
- Advanced computer and data analysis skills
