About the Role
As Engineering Specialist Instructor, you will be responsible for the delivery and development of customer training to support the use of CMATS in a testing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging training programs at the in-house training facility, including course materials, learning plans, and assessments.
- Create and update training resources such as presentations, instructor guides, student materials, and practical exercises.
- Support the setup and use of training equipment and simulators to deliver effective, hands-on learning.
- Review, test, and improve training materials and assessments to keep content accurate and effective.
Essential Requirements
- Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment or similar.
- Prior experience delivering in-person training.
- Experience delivering software engineering training.
- Prior experience configuring software systems.
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
- Experience in software testing.
- A Defence security clearance is required; applicants must be Australian citizens and eligible to obtain and maintain an appropriate clearance.
