The Opportunity
The Transport Duty Manager – Safety and Compliance leads a team of bus operators, safely and reliably exceeding Swissport's client service expectations in Brisbane, and leads safety and compliance for the Transport Services business unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all bussing operations meet Swissport and regulatory standards
- Manage onboarding of new drivers and ensure training compliance
- Conduct high-standard safety investigations and complete reports
- Develop and review standard operating procedures
Essential Requirements
- Experience in incident investigation and safety recommendations
- Experience in large transport/bussing operations
- Current HR licence and Driver Authority desirable
