About the Role
As an Aspire Lounge Agent at Sydney International Airport, you'll be the vital first impression for lounge guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a comfortable, well-presented experience throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and personalise the experience for lounge guests
- Maintain cleanliness of reception, barista station, buffet area and amenities
- Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, with knowledge of dietary/allergen information
- Manage lounge capacity based on bookings and passenger forecasts
- Ensure accurate reporting, stock receiving and billing processes
Essential Requirements
- Experience delivering premium, bespoke hospitality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Holds or able to undertake RSA and Food Safety Handling training
