About the Role

SSP Australia is seeking passionate and experienced Food & Beverage Attendants and F&B Supervisors to join our teams across multiple venues at Sydney International Airport T1. We are primarily seeking full-time Team Members and Supervisors.

This is an exciting opportunity to support daily operations in a fast-paced airport environment, leading a team and delivering high-quality food and beverage experiences. You'll work closely with the Restaurant Manager to maintain service standards and create memorable guest experiences.

Essential Requirements

• Previous bar, restaurant or cafe experience
• 1-2 years' experience in a supervisory or team leader role within food & beverage or restaurant operations
• Proven ability to lead and support a team of 5–10 employees
• Passion for delivering great guest experiences in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a lead-by-example attitude
• Sound knowledge of food safety and RSA requirements
• Flexible availability across early mornings, afternoons, and evenings
• A genuine enthusiasm for hospitality and teamwork
