About the Role
QAL is seeking an experienced Senior Applications Analyst to join the Technology team, supporting, enhancing and optimising business applications across the organisation. Reporting to the Applications Manager, you will support and improve QAL's business applications, delivering practical technology solutions that improve user experience and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced application support, analysis and troubleshooting across business systems
- Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver fit-for-purpose application solutions
- Support system configuration, testing, upgrades, enhancements and release activities
- Contribute to application governance, documentation and knowledge sharing
- Partner with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues and manage changes
- Support data quality, reporting, integration and automation opportunities
Essential Requirements
- Proactive, customer-focused applications professional with strong analytical skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective system outcomes
- Ability to obtain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC), including a police check
