About the Role
LifeFlight is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join its Information Technology team, playing a key part in shaping and delivering technology solutions that support critical operations and the enterprise systems roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyse and document business, functional and technical requirements
- Analyse and document current and future state business processes
- Support IT project delivery, business case development and implementation activities
- Contribute to data analysis, reporting requirements and technology modernisation initiatives
- Support solution testing, UAT and business readiness/adoption activities
Essential Requirements
- Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment
- Tertiary qualifications in IT, Business, Computer Science or related discipline
- Experience facilitating workshops, mapping processes and managing competing priorities
- Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or unrestricted work rights required
