As the Organisational Development Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping how we listen to, engage and support our people across the Qantas Group. Working within the Organisational Development team, you'll lead critical employee listening, engagement and culture initiatives, transforming workforce insights into meaningful actions that improve both employee experience and organisational performance. This is a highly visible role that partners with senior leaders, HR Business Partners, Employee Experience, Internal Communications, People Analytics and specialist Centres of Excellence across the business.
A key focus of the role is turning data into action. You'll lead annual engagement surveys and employee listening initiatives, analyse workforce trends and engagement data, develop executive-level insight packs and influence stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes.
What You'll Bring to the Role
- 10+ years' experience in Organisational Development, Employee Experience, Employee Engagement, Culture, Change or a related People function within a large, complex organisation
- Experience leading employee listening, workforce insights or engagement programs from strategy through to implementation
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Proven stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, including experience partnering with senior and executive stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience leading organisational change, culture transformation or continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong project management capability with experience delivering complex programs end-to-end
- Qualifications in Organisational Psychology, Human Resources, Business, Change Management or a related discipline
