The Opportunity
The Business Analyst plays a pivotal role driving continuous improvement and innovation, analysing current processes and translating business needs into effective solutions, embedded in one of Western Australia's largest infrastructure and construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into IT requirements
- Establish and maintain a Business Analysis community of practice promoting best practices
- Collaborate with project managers, developers and system architects to select or develop IT solutions
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to align IT solutions with business goals
Essential Requirements
- CCBA® or CBAP® certification
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum or Waterfall methodologies
- Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst, including using AI tools for process modelling and reporting
