About the Role
Be part of the frontline team ensuring the safety and efficiency of aircraft operations. Your role involves handling critical tasks such as bagroom operations, loading and unloading, operating specialised equipment, and ensuring the precise receipting and dispatching of aircraft.
Your Duties
- Perform bagroom functions, including scanning and manual handling of luggage
- Load and unload baggage and freight efficiently
- Manage aircraft receipt and dispatch procedures
- Execute aircraft pushback operations safely
- Provide essential water and waste services
- Operate ground service equipment on the ramp

Essentials
- High proficiency in spoken and written English
- A valid driver’s licence (including Provisional Licence)
- Ability to pass Drug, Alcohol and Audio tests
- Capability of obtaining an ASIC card
- Flexibility to work a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
- Capacity to undertake shifts of 4–10 hours between 05:00 and 23:00
- Commitment to a minimum of 40 hours per fortnight and availability for a 1-week full-time paid training
