About the Role
Based at Moorabbin Airport, the Reservations Manager leads and enhances the customer journey across Microflite's Australian operations, responsible for the overall performance of the Reservations function and leading a team delivering seamless, accurate and personalised booking experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and develop the Reservations team
- Oversee day-to-day reservations operations, including enquiries, bookings, quotations and customer requests
- Coordinate complex bookings, VIP clients, custom charters, group movements and major events
- Work with Flight Operations to align customer requirements with aircraft availability and crew resources
- Manage team rostering, resource planning, training and performance
- Oversee reservation systems, booking platforms and customer information
Essential Requirements
- Proven leadership experience coaching and developing a high-performing team
- Experience in reservations, aviation, tourism, hospitality or events
- Confidence using reservation systems, CRM platforms and digital tools
