The Opportunity
ISR ICT Systems Administrator maintaining secure, operationally ready ICT systems supporting Microflite's Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance operations, based at Moorabbin Airport.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer Microsoft 365 and Azure services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
- Manage Microsoft Entra ID users, groups and access controls
- Configure and maintain endpoint devices via Microsoft Intune
- Configure network infrastructure: routers, switches, firewalls, VLANs, VPNs
- Support Peplink routers, cellular modems and SpeedFusion/WAN bonding
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, authentication and connectivity issues
- Support aircraft operator consoles, mission laptops and deployable comms systems
Essential Requirements
- Demonstrated Microsoft 365/Azure, Entra ID, Intune and Exchange Online experience
- Windows desktop/laptop administration and endpoint security experience
- Network configuration and troubleshooting (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, DNS, DHCP)
- Australian citizen able to obtain aviation/airport/government security clearances
Desirable
- Peplink/SpeedFusion, satellite/cellular comms experience
- Microsoft Defender/Sentinel, rugged deployable ICT systems
- Aviation, defence or emergency services experience
