The Opportunity
Service Operations Analyst in the Integrated Service Operations Centre (ISOC), monitoring Airservices' enterprise technology environment and safety-critical operational systems. 100% on-site, rostered 24x7 environment initially 6am–7:30pm Monday to Friday, may include weekends. Based in Brisbane or Melbourne.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively manage technology incidents
- Coordinate technology changes with Technical teams
- Monitor technology health and support reliable service delivery
- Work closely with Service Desk, Service Management, technical specialists and vendors
Essential Requirements
- Experience managing/coordinating technology incidents in a service operations or IT support environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with ITSM frameworks (Incident, Change, Problem Management)
- Ability to manage competing priorities and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Must be an Australian Citizen able to attain NV1 security clearance
Desirable
- ITIL Foundation certification (v3 or v4)
