About the Role
Menzies Aviation is seeking Casual Passenger Service Agents to join the Adelaide International Airport team, delivering a seamless and positive airport experience while ensuring compliance with airline, safety and security requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create positive, memorable experiences for passengers
- Process passenger check-in and boarding activities
- Verify passports, visas and travel documentation
- Allocate seating and issue boarding passes
- Assist passengers requiring special assistance
- Conduct boarding gate operations and passenger announcements
- Ensure compliance with airline, safety, security and regulatory procedures
Essential Requirements
- Available to work a flexible 24/7 rotating roster, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Full and unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Current South Australian Driver Licence (minimum P1/P2)
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, travel, aviation or another fast-paced customer-facing environment
- Willing to complete a Police Check, ASIC Security Check and pre-employment medical assessment including drug and alcohol screening
