The Opportunity
Leading a team of procurement specialists within the Supply Chain Team, you will be responsible for the cost-effective and efficient procurement of high-quality aviation parts, materials, consumables, equipment and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train and develop a team of procurement specialists
- Identify, evaluate and select suppliers locally and internationally
- Action purchase orders and track and report on delivery status
- Ensure procurement activities comply with CASA/FAA regulations and internal policies
- Develop and maintain supplier relationships, negotiating on quality, price and availability
Essential Requirements
- Experience in a procurement role, preferably within aviation or manufacturing
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
- Diploma in Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field
