About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to take overall responsibility for the site and manufacturing operations at our Clayton South facility. Reporting to senior site leadership, you will drive operational performance, safety, quality and continuous improvement across the manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day site and manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality, delivery and cost targets are met.
• Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental requirements.
• Lead, coach and develop production and operations teams to build capability and engagement.
• Champion continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives across the site.
• Manage production planning, capacity and resource allocation to meet customer demand.
• Collaborate with quality, engineering, supply chain and other functions to resolve operational issues.
• Report on operational performance and lead corrective actions where required.

Essential Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior operations or manufacturing management role, ideally within aerospace, automotive or precision manufacturing.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
• Solid understanding of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement and quality systems.
• Demonstrated commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
