About the Role

Hardy Aviation is seeking an experienced and motivated Aeronautical Product Maintenance Supervisor to join our Engineering team in Darwin. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, this position is responsible for overseeing aeronautical product maintenance activities within our Part 145 workshops, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, company procedures and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise aeronautical product maintenance activities
  • Coordinate maintenance requirements and turnaround times
  • Conduct aeronautical product maintenance as required
  • Manage maintenance personnel and third-party contractors
  • Control tooling, equipment, calibration, servicing and GSE
  • Ensure compliance with CASA regulations and Part 145 requirements
  • Promote a positive safety culture and support continuous improvement

About You

  • Qualified Licensed Aircraft Engineer or relevant aviation industry experience
  • Knowledge of CASA regulations and aviation maintenance practices
  • Experience working within a maintenance environment
  • Competent in the use of maintenance management software (IAS desirable)
  • Strong organisational, communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an ASIC
