About the Role
dnata's Fleet and Facilities division is seeking a highly motivated Fleet and Facilities Business Partner, responsible for vehicles, equipment and facilities associated with an allocated portfolio within the assigned dnata Australia business stream, based in Mascot, Sydney. Reports to the National Fleet and Facilities Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver facilities, workplace services and fleet operations ensuring WHS compliance
- Partner with Directors and teams on facilities and fleet programs, projects and services
- Ensure all fleet registrations are current across allocated business streams
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in property, facilities and fleet outcomes
- Develop, monitor and report on budgets and costing; support executive decision-making
- Liaise with building and maintenance contractors; ensure compliance with OH&S regulations
Essential Requirements
- Well-developed written, oral and negotiation communication skills
- Leadership experience with a customer and safety-focused culture
- Experience in a highly controlled/regulated industry, managing compliance and legislative requirements
- Understanding of financial and budget processes
- Willingness to travel to dnata airports as required
