The Opportunity
Flight Assembly Supervisor overseeing daily assembly and packing operations at Perth Airport.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day assembly and packing operations
- Ensure all flights are packed accurately and delivered on time
- Lead, coach and support team members
- Ensure compliance with food safety, HACCP and WHS standards
- Support documentation, audits and reporting
Essential Requirements
- Supervisory experience in food production, manufacturing or high-volume operations
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Understanding of food safety, HACCP and compliance standards
