About the Role
The Airside Training and Assurance Advisor is responsible for the design, coordination and delivery of Airside Operations training and assurance activities, maintaining training plans, supporting competency assessment, keeping training records current and assisting with audit readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, coordinate and deliver Airside Operations training programs
- Support competency assessment and workforce capability development
- Maintain training records and ensure audit readiness
- Identify opportunities to improve training consistency and operational compliance
Essential Requirements
- Operational airside experience in a commercial aviation or airport context
- Skills in auditing, compliance and training coordination
- Interest and ability in training development, delivery and competency assessment
- Ability to engage with a variety of internal and external stakeholders in a dynamic environment
