Bekaa Air operates a well-maintained fleet of H125/AS350, R44RII and Bell 206L series helicopters, delivering tours, charter and aerial operations across a mainland base at Archerfield Airport (Brisbane) and an island base at Tangalooma Island Resort.
About the Role
This hands-on role can be structured as full-time dual-base (split roster between Archerfield and Tangalooma), full-time Tangalooma (island-based), or part-time Tangalooma (3 days per week). A mainland-only position is not available.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations, including phone and email inquiries
- Process bookings and manage flight schedules
- Ensure aircraft are immaculately presented at all times
- Deliver premium customer service from check-in to disembarkation
- Collaborate with the Chief Pilot and Base Manager on company projects
Essential Requirements
- CASA CPL(H), Class 1 Medical, ASIC, Dangerous Goods
- 200 hours total rotary time, including 50 hours on Robinson R44
- Demonstrated competence operating in Class C & D airspace
- Right to work in Australia (mandatory)
Desirable
- Base management experience
- Background in Marketing, Business or Tourism
- AS350/H125 rating (100+ hours preferred) and/or 100+ hours on Bell 206L
