Founded in the year 2000 as a small tourism and charter helicopter company, Microflite was purchased by our current owners in 2004, quickly growing to become a highly-respected, industry-leading operation with an exemplary history of service. Today, we own the largest fleet of single and twin-engine turbine helicopters in Victoria, also recently acquiring a fixed-wing aircraft. Aero Logistics commenced operations in 2001 as a helicopter charter business in the City of Newcastle, New South Wales. Offering scenic, charter and specialty aerial work opportunities, Aero Logistics grew quickly and became a renowned business, extending its operations to the nearby Hunter Valley. Seeing an opportunity to provide better services to the Hunter and Sydney region, a vision was formed to build a facility to cater for specialised Helicopter Operations. In 2004, this vision was realised with the opening of the Newcastle Regional Heliport in Mayfield West. From this facility we continued to expand our operations into Sydney and Melbourne, as well as Fixed Wing operations. Today, Aero Logistics is one of the largest providers of specialist Airwork Aircraft, Corporate Charter Aircraft and Scenic Tours in Australia. Working with industry leading geospatial firms, we have undertaken projects in location as remote as the Himalayas, Nepal, Papua New Guinea, and remote pacific Island nations. With operational bases in New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland and Western Australia, Aero Logistics has grown to be the leading provider in the Australian, Oceanic and South-East Asian Region.

Chinta Air specialises in scenic flights from bases across South Australia, and air charter across Australia. The company is privately owned. We operate aircraft that are maintained to the exacting standards that are demanded by the Australian Outback. Our charter bases Chinta Air has bases at Ceduna, on South Australia’s Far West Coast, and at Rawnsley Park Station, which is located on the South side of Wilpena Pound in the heart of the Flinders Ranges. During the winter months, we offer flights over the Great Australian Bight Marine Park and the Bunda Cliffs from the Nullarbor Roadhouse. Charter plane services From all bases, Chinta Air provides aircraft and pilots for both scenic flights and an air taxi / air charter service. This includes: - scenic flights - ad hoc air charter - freight transport; - aerial photography (still and motion); - survey flights (environmental or property); - aerial spotting (fish, fauna, fire, and flood); - search & rescue operations.
