The Opportunity
The Airline Quality Program Manager leads the design, governance, integration and continuous improvement of Alliance Airlines' Quality Management System and Quality Assurance Program across a complex, multi-fleet, multi-base operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and govern the Quality Program across operational, maintenance, training and support areas
- Ensure compliance with CASA regulatory requirements including CASR Parts 42, 119, 121, 142, 145 and 147
- Maintain and enhance the company QMS framework, integrating QMS, SMS and SeMS elements
- Own the enterprise Audit & Surveillance Program, including risk-based scheduling and auditor assignment
- Host CASA, IOSA, customer and third-party audits and coordinate organisational responses
Essential Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in Aviation, Quality, Engineering, Safety Management or related discipline
- Certified Lead Auditor (ISO 9001 / AS 9100 or equivalent)
- Expert knowledge of CASR Parts 42, 119, 121, 142, 145, 147 and associated MOS requirements
- Strong understanding of enterprise QMS and audit governance; experience with iQSMS preferred
