Summary
As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in enabling the successful delivery of strategic technology and business initiatives by providing coordination, governance, planning and stakeholder support across a complex program environment. 24-month fixed-term role, Brisbane or Melbourne location.
The Role & The Team
Technology Service Delivery is responsible for a range of programs and projects that maintain and enhance the operational and corporate networks supporting Airservices' critical aviation services across Australia. As Project Coordinator, you will act as the operational backbone of the program, helping to bring structure, visibility and momentum to a complex technology transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day coordination and delivery support across assigned technology projects and programs
- Coordinate project meetings, workshops, governance forums and stakeholder activities
- Maintain project controls, including risks, issues, decisions, changes, dependencies and key project documentation
- Develop and distribute regular project updates, reports and detailed schedules
- Support project financial activities, including purchase orders, expenses, supplier setup and liaison with finance
- Support site coordination activities, including site surveys, contractor works, equipment installation and site access requirements
Essential Requirements
- Minimum five years' experience working in program and/or project delivery, ideally within service transition or migration environments
- Demonstrated experience coordinating activities across multiple teams, stakeholders and workstreams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders and senior leaders
- Experience working with geographically dispersed project teams
