The Role
Supporting the Program Manager, your responsibilities will include forecasting and analysing financial performance metrics across multiple project areas. You will also be responsible for measuring, recording and analysing key program metrics, and preparation of the formal reporting package to the customer on a periodic basis. In this role you will be required to liaise with the Commonwealth customer, with subcontractors and with senior internal stakeholders. You will be responsible for keeping the cadence for monthly and quarterly program reporting commitments and will assist the Program Manager by compiling data for analysis and performance review.
Key Responsibilities
- Program performance analysis against deliverables and forecast commitments
- Stakeholder coordination and facilitation
- Measurement and analysis of data, and associated Commonwealth and internal Raytheon report generation
Essential Requirements
- Preparation of presentations and reports
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to appropriately prioritise multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to partner with other SMEs to meet objectives on time and on budget
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Baseline Security clearance as needed
Desirable
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Project Management
