About the Role
ADG is delivering Program Alkina, a significant enterprise-wide transformation program encompassing organisational redesign, ERP implementation, business process improvement and enterprise document governance. An experienced Program Coordinator is sought on a fixed-term basis through to June 2027.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate program meetings, steering committee forums, working groups and workshops
- Track actions, decisions, risks, issues and dependencies, ensuring timely follow-up
- Develop, coordinate and distribute program communications across ADG
- Support stakeholder engagement, mapping and change impact assessment
- Maintain program governance frameworks, templates and documentation protocols
- Maintain centralised, version-controlled program documentation repositories
Essential Requirements
- Experience supporting large-scale transformation programs or complex projects
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools (Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, SharePoint, Teams)
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
Desirable
- Experience supporting ERP implementations (TechnologyOne, Infor, SAP or similar)
- Experience in infrastructure, aviation, transport or operationally focused environments
