Job Description

• Working within the Charter Team, your main responsibilities would be to ensure that private charter flights are managed from initial enquiry, quotation, booking of aircraft to the completion of the charter
• Build and maintain relationships with key travel bookers over your assigned client portfolio
• Build and maintain relationships with operators
• Assist in growing operator database and ensure operator and fleet data is accurate and up to date
• Manage charter requests from clients in a timely manner
• Manage and communicate all booking changes as required
• Create flight briefs and post flight reports
• Ensure all flight bookings adhere to legal and compliance guidelines
• Manage client and supplier invoicing requirements
• Adhoc reporting requested by clients
• Domestic travel may be required from time to time to visit clients and operators
• The role requires flexible working hours, including outside standard business hours from time to time

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with clients, operators and stakeholders
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric attitude
• Organisational skills and attention to detail for managing logistics, schedules, and details
• Some knowledge of aviation regulations, terminology, and procedures beneficial
• Problem-solving ability to handle unexpected situations
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage tasks under pressure
• Proficiency in software for charter bookings, communication, and data management
