Key Responsibilities
- Monitor compliance with company procedures, customer requirements, ISO standards, and applicable regulations.
- Support internal and external audits and record audit findings.
- Report non-conformities and track corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain document control systems.
- Participate in quality, safety, and environmental improvement activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Airport Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of operational experience in cargo, passenger services, ramp operations, or other related operational functions.
- Good command of English communication.
- Knowledge of quality assurance systems will be an advantage.
