Job Summary

The Aircraft Maintenance QC is responsible for ensuring that all aircraft maintenance activities comply with regulatory requirements, company procedures, and approved data. The role focuses on maintaining the highest standards of safety, airworthiness, and quality in all maintenance work performed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform inspections on aircraft, components, and maintenance work in accordance with approved manuals and regulatory standards (e.g., FAA / EASA / CAAT).
  • Verify that all maintenance tasks are completed correctly and properly documented.
  • Ensure compliance with Airworthiness Directives (ADs), Service Bulletins (SBs), company and customer procedures.
  • Monitor and control tool calibration, equipment, component, spare parts and maintenance records.
  • Identify non-conformities and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
  • Support internal and external audits and regulatory inspections.
  • Support the issuance of Certificates of Release to Service (CRS) where applicable.
  • Liaise with quality, safety, engineering & planning, and maintenance teams to resolve quality issues.
  • Maintain accurate QC documentation and reports.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance, Aviation, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
  • 2+ years of experience in aircraft maintenance, Quality Control, or related aviation experience.
  • Knowledge of FAA / EASA / CAAT regulations and aircraft maintenance requirements.
  • Familiarity with maintenance documentation.
  • AMEL / Aircraft Maintenance License and/or Type Rating is an advantage.
  • Good English communication and technical reading skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
