About the Role

Position: Officer, Quality Assurance Engineer - Suvarnabhumi Airport
Location: VietJet Thailand at Suvarnabhumi Airport
Team: Safety Security and Quality Assurance Department

Key Responsibilities

• Be able to work in Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK)
• Provide support to the Quality Assurance Manager regarding the auditing function of technical quality assurance, standards, processes and services for the airline
• Audit and report on TVJ aircraft maintained and approved by CAAT, Manufacturer, or Vendors
• Ensure the certifying staff approval/authorization system is implemented and maintained for the control of staff approval/authorization worldwide
• Ensure adequate records are kept for all works undertaken, for the required time scales and in suitable conditions
• Perform audits and reports of AOC system and contracted organization's procedures, contracted aircraft maintenance or contracted services, ensuring compliance with signed contracts and approved documents and standards
• Monitor and supervise mandatory requests and changes to the aircraft maintenance process
• Control aircraft documents, forms, procedures, Certificate of Authorization/Approval and stamps issued by TVJ
• Carry out quality audits of line station maintenance and production audits
• Implement the quality assurance audit plan and perform quality reports
• Submit Certificate of Authorization/Approval to Director SSQA or authorized person for approval
• Maintain appropriate technical records for the SSQA Department
• Apply the aircraft delivery & acceptance process such as aircraft registration, Certificate of Airworthiness and Certificate of Registration to CAAT when a new aircraft joins the Thai VietJet Air fleet
• Other assignments from the direct Manager

Essential Requirements

• New graduates are welcome to apply
• Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical technical or a related field
• No experience required
• Qualifications in Engineering/Maintenance fields
• Background knowledge of engineering and maintenance, safety management, quality assurance and human factors, and Quality Auditor Qualification
