We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Quality Executive to join our Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur Workshop team and support our quality, compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.

The opportunity:
Working from our KUL Workshop, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the Quality and Safety Management System and ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory, customer and company requirements. You will work closely with different departments to promote a strong quality culture and support the continuous improvement of our processes and operations.
Your primary tasks and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Plan, coordinate and follow up on internal and external audits, including preparation of audit reports and monitoring of findings.
- Monitor and follow up on corrective and preventive actions, including effectiveness checks to ensure timely and sustainable closure.
- Support regulatory, customer and third-party audits, inspections and certification activities with relevant aviation authorities.
- Monitor compliance with applicable aviation regulations, quality standards, company procedures and customer requirements.
- Maintain and update quality procedures, work instructions, records and other Quality Management System documentation.
- Work closely with operational teams to identify quality issues, process gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System and operational processes.
- Maintain accurate quality records, reports and documentation, and provide relevant quality information to Management.
- Undertake other ad hoc duties, projects and responsibilities as assigned by Management from time to time, in support of the Company’s operational and business objectives.
Qualifications:
We are seeking a Quality Executive who can identify with the description below:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Aviation or a related field.
- Relevant experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Management, internal auditing or a similar role.
- Experience in the aviation industry or a regulated environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of aviation quality requirements and standards is an advantage.
- Internal Auditor training or certification is preferred.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
