Key responsibilities
- Be responsible for all areas of airfreight operations including cargo acceptance, documentation, build-up, breakdown, loading, unloading, delivery, etc.
- Ensure smooth and efficient handling of both import and export cargo
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations of the company and local authorities
- Handle any cargo irregularities and claims in accordance with the company's standard procedures
- Work closely with ground handling agents, monitor their performance and provide feedback
About you
- Fluent in English with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Minimum Diploma
- Preferably local and living in east area
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to work shifts
