About the Role
As Operations Supervisor, you'll be responsible for the North and Central Victoria region, overseeing a team of Operating Agents across seven Defence Fuel Network sites, reporting to the Regional Superintendent.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the team across the region and conduct site audits
- Ensure compliance with operational and Defence requirements
- Act as the key link between frontline operations, Defence stakeholders and the broader UGL team
- Help drive a strong safety culture across sites
Essential Requirements
- Experience leading operations teams in fuel, oil & gas, petrochemical, aviation fuel or similar industries
- Strong focus on safety and operational compliance
- Australian Citizenship and ability to obtain Defence clearance
