UGL’s training and development programs enable entry into the industry.
The Role
- Support the Defence Fuel Network across Australia, ensuring operational excellence and reliability
- Carry out before-use inspections of refuelling vehicles, equipment and documentation
- Conduct daily fuel quality checks in line with safe work procedures (SWPs)
- Safely approach and refuel Australian and international military aircraft, establishing exclusion zones, bonding equipment and observing all aviation safety requirements
- Complete all post-refuelling documentation and report hazards or incidents promptly
What You Need
- A valid HC Drivers Licence and Dangerous Goods Handling Licence (essential)
- Experience in the fuel service and/or defence industry (highly regarded)
- Good communicator and ability to work in a diverse team
- Current holder, or ability to obtain, relevant security clearances
