About the Role
TurbineAero Repair Ltd. is seeking an Outsource Repair Buyer in Chon Buri, Thailand.
Key Responsibilities
- To responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process for external repair service.
- Focuses on selecting approved aviation repair stations, negotiating pricing, monitoring TAT and ensuring full compliance with aviation regulatory.
- Source external maintenance and repair services from the company’s Approved Vendor Lits (AVL).
- Review, process, and issue Repair Order (RO) and Purchase Order (PO) ensuring accurate part numbers, serial numbers, modifications, and certification requirements.
- Obtain competitive quotes, negotiating pricing, exchange fees, warranties, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Track and manage open repair orders closely to guarantee strict adherence to agreed Turnaround Times (TAT).
- Provide daily status updates on critical component repairs to Production, Planners.
- Any other job/duties assigned by the Employer.
Essential Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field.
- TOEIC 600 +
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory for communicating with overseas vendors.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of cost-saving implementations.
- 3 to 5+ years of procurement or buyer experience.
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
- Good interpersonal skills & teamwork mindset.
- Friendly and can do with team.
- Ability to work weekends or overtime as required.
