About the Role
Boeing Defence Australia is seeking GCAS Instructors to join the embedded training team at the Army Aviation Training Centre, Swartz Barracks, Oakey QLD — delivering world-class instruction on the AH-64 Apache helicopter fleet.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and assess LMP training including Initial Employment Training (IET)
- Act as Qualified Assessor and Trade Testing Officer
- Conduct GCAS training in barracks and field environments including hot/refuel and ground support procedures
- Review, update, and author courseware, handouts, and LMP materials
- Work to Defence publications, Operational/Technical Airworthiness, and Army Aviation Risk Management standards
Essential Requirements
- Aviation Explosive Operations Supervisor (or equivalent)
- Certificate IV TAE40116 (Training & Assessment) or higher
- Bulk fuel qualification (L121) or equivalent
- Previous GCAS operational experience
- AVN FARP Operator 120339 (P104089)
- Australian Citizen
