The SFC family includes Sydney Flight College, Sydney Flying Club and SFC Pilot Academy Tamworth, operating under an industry-leading, CASA-approved safety management system.
About the Role
With continued growth and a strong intake of full-time students, SFC is seeking motivated, professional Flight Instructors and Flight Examiners for its Tamworth and Bankstown campuses. Full-time and part-time roles are available at Tamworth, casual roles at Bankstown, and Flight Examiner positions at both bases.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct flight training within the Part 61 MOS and SFC Syllabus
- Deliver ground theory training and briefings
- Provide simulator training
- Maintain electronic training files and associated administration
- Supervise and mentor junior instructors
Essential Requirements
- CPL or ATPL (A)
- Grade 1, 2 or 3 training endorsement
- Strong work ethic and professional standard
- Australian or New Zealand citizen, or Australian permanent resident
Desirable
- IR MEA (2D/3D, all aids)
- Aviation degree or diploma
- Cert IV in Training and Assessment
- Dangerous Goods Certificate, current WWCC
- FIR/MEA/IR training endorsements, MCC, Flight Examiner rating
