Stick ’n Rudder operates Australia and New Zealand’s only dedicated tailwheel aircraft marketplace, specialising in bush aircraft, vintage aircraft, and adventure flying machines.
We are looking for a part-time Aircraft Broker / Sales Assistant to support aircraft listings and brokerage activities.
This is a flexible remote role of approximately 10 hours per week, ideal for someone studying at university, learning to fly, or looking to gain experience in the aviation industry.
Responsibilities include
• Assisting with sourcing aircraft listings
• Responding to buyer enquiries
• Helping coordinate communication between buyers and sellers
• Preparing and uploading aircraft listings
• Maintaining enquiry and sales records
• Assisting with promotion of aircraft listings
Work can be completed remotely and flexibly, although occasional travel may be required to assist with onboarding aircraft listings.
This role would suit someone with a genuine interest in aviation — the kind of person who would happily sit under the wing of a Super Cub in the remote wilderness after a good day of flying.
Desirable skills
• Photography or videography experience
• Social media or marketing experience
• Familiarity with aviation or tailwheel aircraft

Compensation

Strong work ethic and performance may result in support in flight training and access to heavily discounted aircraft opportunities to build flying experience.
