Airport Solutions Business Development Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior airport stakeholders across target airports
• Act as a trusted advisor to airport operators on operational transformation initiatives.
• Identify and develop opportunities for ST Engineering products and services within airport operations by translating airport operational pain points into product requirements.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of airport operational challenges and future industry needs.
• Identify strategic market gaps, emerging trends, technologies and competitive solutions.
• Recommend investment areas for new product development.
• Support account teams in developing partnerships with airport customers and strategic partners.
• Provide operational expertise during bid and proposal development
• Validate product concepts with airport customers.
• Support pilot projects and innovation programs with airports

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of aviation industry experience with at least 10 years in airport operations
• Understands airport operational technologies
• Ability to bridge operations and technology
• Degree in Aviation, Engineering, Operations Management, Business or related discipline
