Key Responsibilities
- Analyze operational, financial, and project data to support strategic decision-making
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards, business reports, and forecast models
- Assist in the evaluation of new business initiatives, project feasibility, and cost-benefit analyses
- Collaborate with station managers, engineers, and corporate teams to track KPIs and operational metrics
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and help streamline reporting or data collection methods
- Support the preparation of presentations and briefings for internal and external stakeholders
- Learn and progressively take on responsibilities related to Maintenance Planning, CAMO support, and Line Maintenance performance analysis
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in a business analyst, project analyst, or financial analyst role (fresh graduates with strong analytical acumen may also be considered)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Canva; experience with BI tools is a plus
- Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn the aviation maintenance industry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
- Interest in aviation, technical operations, or data-driven decision-making is a strong advantage
- Good command of English and Thai, both written and spoken
