Key Responsibilities
- Review operational and safety reports and translate relevant information into structured data.
- Analyze data to identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, management reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Work with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and communicate findings clearly.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency, and improve reporting processes through automation and digital solutions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Good understanding of airline operations and safety processes.
- Experience in data analysis, management reporting, and dashboard development.
- Proficiency in analytical tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, Python, or comparable solutions.
- Familiarity with workflow automation and digital tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and work shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Very good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
